The highlights on this tour are: Santiago, Atacama Desert, Lima, Cusco, Puno, Iguassu Falls, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Rio de Janeiro
Guaranteed departure on fixed dates, minimum 2 participants with local English speaking guide.
Hotels quoted are tourist and superior class categories (similar to 3* and 4* and categories).  The hotels we use are clean, safe, with private facilities and are centrally located.

Day 1

Santiago de Chile

Arrival in Santiago. You will be met and transfered to your hotel.


In the afternoon a city tour around Santiago's main atractions.


Day 2

Santiago - Calama - San Pedro de Atacama

Flight to calama. Transfer to San Pedro de Atacama; city walking tour including museum.


Day 3

San Pedro de Atacama

Full day tour to Salar de Atacama, Toconao, Moon Valley.


Day 4

San Pedro de Atacama

Optional: Tour to El Tatio Grande


Day 5

San Pedro de Atacama - Calama - Lima

Seat-in transfer (no guide) to the airport, flight to Lima.


Day 6

Lima - Cusco - Yucay

Flight to Cusco. Transfer to the hotel in the Sacred Valley. Visit of the Pisac market and the ruins of Ollantaytambo.


Day 7

Yucay - Machu Picchu - Cusco

Full day tour by Vistadome train to Machu Picchu including a guided visit. Return by train and bus to the hotel in Cusco.


Day 8


Half day city tour in Cusco including surrounding ruins.


Day 9

Cusco - Puno

Panoramic drive in public bus to Puno including lunch and visits.


Day 10


Full day boat tour to Lake Titicaca with Uros Indians/Taquile Island.


Day 11

Puno - Lima

Flight Juliaca - Lima. City tour in Lima.


Day 12


You will have today at leisure to explore the beauty of Lima. Optional tours can be booked and paid for locally.


Day 13

Lima - Iguassu

Flight to Iguassu.


Day 14

Iguassu Falls

Visit the Brazilian and Argentinean side of the falls.


Day 15

Iguassu - Buenos Aires

Flight to Buenos Aires, transfer to the hotel.


Day 16

Buenos Aires

Half day city tour. Optional: Tango Show / Dinner


Day 17

Buenos Aires

Day at leisure, optional tours to Estancia / San Telmo.


Day 18

Buenos Aires - Colonia - Montevideo

Ferry to Colonia/Uruguay. Walking tour in Colonia. The day will finish in Montevideo.


Day 19


Today we will explore the historical city of Montevideo during a half day tour. The rest of your time is free to explore on your own.


Day 20

Montevideo - Rio de Janeiro

Flight to Rio de Janeiro. Half day city tour / Sugar Loaf.


Day 21

Rio de Janeiro

Day at leisure.


Day 22

Rio de Janeiro

Transfer to the airport.
